The Power of Intention for Manifestation
The 10-Day Yoga Challenge can dramatically change your mind-body-heart connection in as little as ten days. We’ll collectively move through various yoga postures and create a space/time for setting intentions. Setting intentions is all about committing to positive changes in your life.
